Anyway whoe doesn't.....................So after the last day of exams she and her friends came to our place , they had bought take a away pizza from the pizza hut and you can imagine 9 teenagers!!!!! together in one room and it was just bla bla bla ( my hubby was having a headache that day and he told it was the worst day for having headache as he could hear all nine of them just talking and talking.................

Makes 12 Muffins.

25 gm cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder.
1/2 (half) tsp soda bicarbonate

2 large eggs beaten
290 ml buttermilk

1. Preheat the oven 200°c. Butter 12 hole muffin pan. In a large bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and chocolate. In a seperate bowl mix together the eggs, buttermilk, sugar and butter.

2. Add the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and stir untill just combined and the mixture is fairly stiff, don't overmix it. Spoon the mixture into the muffin hole generously.

3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes untill well risen. Leave in the tins for cooling for 15 minutes. And then remove from the tin and cool on a wire rack.
