Chocolate Cup Cakes

I saw this cup cake yesterday in Rosies place and this is what she had written.

Imagine sinking your teeth into firstly the fluffy flavoured icings and onto the lushness of the sponge, these cupcakes are a sheer experience of delightfulness my friends!

Well after reading this what can you expect,

I had to go into my kitchen and make them :-)

Rosie had used Tia Maria in her cake batter and in the icing,
I didn't had them ( it is in my must buy list now) so I addded Cacao Liquer in the cake mix and left out in the icing, i added vanilla instead as I made the cupcakes for my daughter and few of her friends.

At the moment they are doing a group work for school. So from her room I can hear lot of talking and gigling.

Sometimes when they are here for group work i do ask my daughter are you all doing some work or just gossiping and giggling............ofcourse they tell me they are doing the work and also gossiping etc................every time for their group work they get good grade so it is ok.

Just imagine us when we were 16 with our friends ( Shyama will be sixteen in jully). We were also same gossiping and gigling etc.................. I have to admit the gossiping is still there with me, but the gigling, i hope I have grown out of the giggling part :-))))

Ingridients

Cake Mix
In and out of oven
Delicious creamy icing

I am sending this to HomeMades to the event she is hosting Spectacular Cupcakes 2008!
You can find the recipe here

Great entry. I don't know I have time to bake cup cakes. Going to the beach on 22nd for 2 weeks, kids have holidays and taking a break until April 20th or so!
I need a break anyway, 2 more posts in each blog and then I am done! I got Arusuvai chain pack too, got to cook something for that event as well next week!:))

I will be also taking a break from March 20th till April 10 th.
