Baked Eggs

Zlamushka is hosting a new event, which is called Tried and Tested

Her words - It is a monthly of appreciation of other blogs - an opportunity to thank your fellow bloggers for sharing their recipes by re-creating them.Starting the very first edition of T&T, I have kindly asked Cynthia of Tastes Like Home to be the first “laboratory rat”.

Most of you, I am sure are very familiar with Cynthia's blog as she have delicious dishes and photography is beautiful. She have lots of delicious recipes in her blog. Of course she have delicious recipe, she is busy with her First Cookbook.
It will be out soon. I am sure we all are waiting to have a glimpse of her book.I made this Baked Eggs from her place.

I made one for me and one for my daughter.Mine I only added one egg, but for my daughter i added two eggs.Next time I am sure going to make them with two eggs.
My daughter doesn't eat onions and tomato so for her i just addded a bit of cream and half slice of cheese.Cynthia sauteed her vegetablesI didn't (was lazy) . I added them fresh.

It is the first time I am making baked eggs and I was telling my daughter what we were going to have and she was really curious, she loved it she was even scapping her last bit.

Mine was a bit over done so i will less the time for one egg next time. I know I should have thought about it before.
So thankyou Zlamushka for the event and cynthia for the idea of baking eggs.
