Ofcourse I could have just called it Marinated Strawberries with cream.
But then that doesn't sound catchy does it???
It was a delicious dessert.
I will be making this few more times before the strawberry season is finished.We all loved it Oh and the juice on the bottom of the glasse was super delicious :-)

Now to the recipe....
The liquors,strawberries,lime and sugar
Marinated strawberries and whipped cream
3 tbsp Grand marnier Liquor
3 tbsp Contreau Liquor
2 tbsp fresh lime juice.
3 tbsp Castor Sugar.
Wash the strawberries, and slice each of the to four pieces.
Put all the ingridients above and mix everything and allov to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
300 gm thick cream.
2 tbsp Powder sugar.
1 1/2 tbsp Grand marnier Liquor.
1 1/2 tbsp Contreau Liquor.
Whipp cream firmly with the liquors and the sugar.
Now layer up the dessert in individual glasses.
Add few tbsp marinated strawberried in each glasses, pipe or use spoon cream on top, add again few tbsp of strawberries and on top, cream.
Pour a tbsp of the juice left in the bowl on top of the cream.
Allow to rest in the fridge for 2 hours atleast.
Once ready decorate with a fresh mint and serve.Few Springs of Fresh mint for decoratoions. (I didn't had them at home so didn't use )
