This is one of the easiest snack I have made.
They were delicious, only bad thing was I didn't make enough, while making i thought they were enough, but then as soon as i brought to the table they all gobbled it up.
So i should warn you, if you make these make double portions as they will disapear fast.
This easy cheesy snack i made from Ivy's place Kopiaste. The recipe you can find here
Ofcourse i think you can use any filling you want, i am going to try next time with pesto or sundroed tomatoes etc etc.......
I used shop bought puff pastry and addedparsley too and used Halloumi cheese ( ivy had given three different cheese for making your own choice).
The rest i did everything same as she did.
Gave them a egg wash before i put them in the oven
This is something I will be making more.Gave them a egg wash before i put them in the oven
I am sending this to at Ruth Kitchen Expiriments for herbookmarked recipes event.

Happy Cook, these look yummy. You're absolutely right about serving an appetizer of any kind with before-dinner drinks. The solids will absorb the alcohol and let your guests enjoy the flavors of your special dinner all the more. You are so smart.
