this time i was paired with Cath of The Canberra CookFrom her place I made this pasta dish called Arrabbiata Pasta , you can get the recipe here only Changes I made was she used bacon and i used Italian pancetta and also used tinned tomatoe other than it the recipe stays the same. Also added parsley.
Made this for today's lunch and in between I am taking pics in real hurry.
I just took two pic of the dish hopping one will come out without the steam :-)

this looks like a quick but yummy lunch. As they say, bacon makes everything better (and yes, pancetta too :o)

Pasta looks good, but we dont eat bacon/pancetta..A new type of pasta that I came to know now.
But the steam makes it so real! This is one of my husband's Italian favorites. I'll have to give this a try.

Pancetta is great with pasta dishes. I have never made Arrabiata pasta before but it sounds lovely.

It's one of my favourite pasta dishes because of it's heat, it's easy and hard to mess up.

Wow, you were quick off the mark! I am sorry that I haven't got round to doing one of your recipes yet - I've had an insanely busy month with lots of travel and eating out but very little cooking. (aww, life's hard)
I'm tempted by so many of your recipes it's hard to pick.
I'm trying to make this tomorrow. I think I'll try to shoot it, but I don't think it will be as pretty as your picture!
